About Jordan
I can honestly say i've been in and around kitchens my whole life. When I was around eight years old, my Aunt Kathy would let me come and help the servers at the Howard Johnson she managed in High Point. I became intrigued by the chefs there, so naturally when I turned sixteen I immediately drifted toward kitchens and restaurants to seek employment. I began this journey at several Assisted Living communities and fine dining restaurants in the Greensboro and Salisbury area. I have worked my way up the ladder from a dishwasher to Dining Service Director. I am certified as a Chef from the State of North Carolina, as well as after 10+ years in the industry, I've earned that title. I always place a huge emphasis on customer service and sanitation. So, in this blog you will see a high emphasis being placed on those two key areas of restaurants I will cover. I hope you enjoy this blog series as I highlight some of the HOT and NOT SO HOT spots in Greensboro to dine.
